Not aged, Il Signor Camillo Wooden Heart, whose colour tends to amber, is refined in steel tanks with oak chips. Wood notes emerge in the scents, which, nevertheless, does not cover the candid sensations of the starting cereal. On the palate it is slightly tannic, with sweet and fruity notes accompanied by pleasantly vanilla scents. The finish is persistent and particularly round.
