Not aged and not refined, Il Signor Camillo Chinotto & Honey is the last Moonshine created in 2024 that explores the concept of territoriality by adding to the ingredients of the Classic (corn grown and ground with stone in the family mill, local water) two local excellences such as the Chinotto from Savona and the honey from Sassello. During the infusion, these ingredients leave their typical nuances, giving to the distillate a unique imprint.
