BIT Bitter

BIT is an amaro resulting from extensive research into historical recipes of traditional liqueur-making. The bitter sensations of Artemisia absinthium—cultivated by La Marchetta farm in the municipality of Cengio, where Originé laboratory is also located—meet the spicy and tropical aromas of cascarilla bark from the Bahamas, cold-infused along with rhubarb, hibiscus flowers, and cloves. With a natural ruby red colour, BIT is persistent and extremely versatile due to its pleasant roundness on the palate. Perfectly suited for classic aperitifs such as Spritz and Negroni.
