Il Signor Camillo Classic

Not aged and not refined, as required by the DNA of a real Moonshine, Il Signor Camillo Classic stands out since the origin of its raw materials: the corn, home-grown and ground with stone in the family mill, and the local water. The production process entails a double distillation in copper alembic still, until hand bottling at 40% vol. On its debut, it was awarded the gold medal at the World Whiskies Awards 2023 in London, award confirmed also in 2024. Cristal clear in colour, it has a pleasant taste with citrus notes and a sweet finish, ideal to be enjoyed straight or used and served in cocktails.
