Sox Bitter comprises three botanicals: gentian, rhubarb, and quassia. Obtained with Soxhlet extraction, its bitter part is meticulously balanced by expertly dosing the concentration of sugars, resulting in a balanced and drinkable bitter, pleasant to taste even on the rocks.
