Born in 2015, Garazzino is a traditional Turin vermouth crafted in the historic Bordiga distillery of Cuneo, following the original recipe of the late bartender, Davide Garazzini, who strived for an old-style yet contemporary vermouth. It blends three wines: Cortese, Trebbiano, and Moscato. Moscato enhances its aromaticity and recalls the historic production of high-quality vermouth. With a soft red hue, it offers sweet aromas and pleasant acidity from the grapes used, with sour cherries and black pepper dominating the palate. This contemporary vermouth, reminiscent of the past, is versatile—perfect to be enjoyed alone, with a splash of soda and a twist of lemon, and extensively used in classic cocktails like Negroni and Americano.
